Oh, The Places You'll Work!
I served as the Editor and one of the producers for Oh, The Places You’ll Work!, a Junior Achievement of Northern California's podcast series dedicated to highlighting diverse career paths and insights from emerging professionals. My role bridges technical post-production with creative direction and guest relations to ensure a cohesive, high-impact listener experience.
Marketing Campaign
2026 JA NorCal Business Partners of the Year
I interviewed and filmed leadership teams from San Francisco Bay University, AT&T, HSBC, and Grant Thornton to highlight the profound impact of community mentorship. The heart of the narrative lies in the personal stories, such as Jeannine Esposito describing a student’s newfound confidence and JA Alum Hana Simab sharing her inspiring journey.
The core creative challenge was synthesizing these distinct corporate and personal viewpoints into one seamless, emotionally resonant film.
The video served as a centerpiece presentation at the 76th Junior Achievement of Northern California Business Hall of Fame, leaving a lasting impression on the attendees.
JA Finance Park Pop-Up:
San Jose 2026
This project captured a high-impact, immersive financial literacy simulation brought to senior students at the Center for Employment Training in San Jose. Beyond documenting the logistics, my goal on-site was to capture the distinct psychological shift that happens when a student realizes their future is something they can actively plan for.
Acting as both on-site director of photography and editor,
I synthesized a fast-paced day of budgeting challenges, volunteer mentoring, and breakthrough moments into an emotionally resonant, inspiring short-form recap.
The final piece serves as a visual testament to the program’s core mission: building a bridge between a student’s current reality and their leadership potential.
2024 JA Gaming Career Summit
I served on the development team for the inaugural JA Gaming Career Summit, a landmark initiative connecting youth with the gaming industry. In addition to event development, I managed the end-to-end media production—shooting the event, conducting on-site interviews, and editing the final recap video.
This project offered a rare opportunity to merge my deep, firsthand knowledge of gaming culture with my video production expertise, ensuring the final content resonated authentically with both students and industry professionals.
This was used as high-energy event recap video used for post-event marketing and stakeholder engagement.
Animatic Editing
Tea Leaves Last (2025)
As one of the editors for the animatic pilot "Tea Leaves Last" through Asians in Animation's (AIA) Pilot Pre-Production Program (4P), I volunteered my hours working on the timing of these segments. I also performed audio editing to clean up dialogue and integrated sound effects using Audacity and Adobe Premiere Pro. Additionally, I also worked on the official trailer. The program is a way for emerging creatives to practice their talents and industry ready skills, and for AIA to promote new talent and provide education & mentorship.
